Featuring outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and a lazy river conveniently located on the 9th floor. The 9th floor also has a large fitness center. You can also enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant across the street in Tower 1. The Prince Resort is conveniently located next to the Cherry Grove fishing pier.
The condo is located in Tower 2 above the parking garage so no need to haul your luggage across the street. Two parking spaces are provided. The garage has a height limit of 7'0" and motorcycles are welcome. A large balcony offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Cherry Grove pier. The condo features two large ocean view master suites with King beds and private bathrooms with large soaking tubs. The third bedroom is great for kids with one full size bed and a full size over full size bunk bed. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room with upgraded memory foam mattress.
Renovations were recently completed with new furniture, appliances and ceiling fans in every room. Flat screen TVs are located in every bedroom and in the living room which also has a DVD player. Wireless internet is provided and coverage is excellent.
The condo has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and also has the convenience of a washer and dryer.
