Summary: Breaking this review into parts:-Raven gets 5 stars. She was prompt and very helpful in answering our questions. Helped us understand parking which is shared with ither tenants and restaurant staff.- Apartment gets 5 stars. Looks newly renovated and in great condition. Bed and furniture were comfy. Note, we stayed in apartment 7 which was on the second floor but had one very long flight of stairs with a landing and another flight of stairs up to our apartment.- Neighborhood. 2 stars. Area is in transition and first night there was commotion at Shell gas station across the street. A very loud party with quite a few cars with loud music playing for over two hours late at night before 4 police cars showed up and dispersed the crowd. Even saw a fist fight. After that night there was a private security car and no more commotion. However traffic noise persisted and earplugs Raven provided were much appreciated. Agressive panhandlers telling me that I owed them 5 during broad daylight. Never realy felt threatened (we are from NYC) but did feel uncomfortable at moments and girlfriend would not stay here alone. As area transitions this should be a great place to stay.
