This home is as great on the inside as it is on the outside. Just over 5 miles from Cooperstown, on the west side of Otsego Lake, Point of View provides you with a commanding perch overlooking the north end of the lake. 4 queen bedrooms (one room with a pull out queen couch), provide very comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.

Point of View is located just over 5 miles from Cooperstown...a beautiful and easy 8 minute drive. Perched on a small rise, the views from the home, decks and patios are wide and wonderful. An outside "pub" area provides a perfect spot for evening drinks and a bbq. The yard around the home is large and perfect for children to romp and enjoy the countryside.
Down the steps and across the road, is 100 feet of private, exclusive lake frontage where 4 new kayaks (with lifejackets and paddles provided) are ready for fun! The dock can be used for a rental boat (or bring your own). Fishing is excellent right from the dock (or from the kayaks).
