***Please be advised that the 2026 Annual Fire Protection Inspection and Testing at Phoenix on the Bay has been scheduled for Monday, September 21, and Tuesday, September 22, 2026. As part of the inspection, sprinkler heads located within individual units—including bedrooms, closets, living areas, kitchens, and utility rooms—will be visually inspected for conditions that could affect proper operation, such as paint, corrosion, damage, or obstructions.
Monday, September 21 – Wet System Inspection
McCoy Fire Protection will arrive onsite at approximately 8:30 a.m. and begin wet system inspections shortly thereafter.
As part of this testing, water service to the building will be temporarily shut off from approximately 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. To help prevent any issues when water service is restored, please make sure all faucets are turned off before leaving your unit unattended.
Tuesday, September 22 – Unit Inspections and Alarm Testing
McCoy Fire Protection will again arrive onsite at approximately 8:30 a.m with unit inspections expected to take place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Unit access will be required so that McCoy can inspect the alarm speaker and sprinkler heads located within each condominium. Only a few minutes per unit are anticipated. During this portion of the inspection, fire alarms will sound intermittently throughout the building.***
