Positive: Location is ideal, clean and nicely furnished

Negative: The toilet was unstable. Reported it and was told a work order was issued. Very nice young man looked at it and said it need to be bolted down and caulked; said it wouldn’t take long. He never came back. Otherwise, the property was fine.
