This home is located on scenic Cherokee Road across the street from Cherokee Park and is walking distance to Bardstown Road's restaurants and bars. The central location near the Grinstead exit of I-64 allows an easy commute to Valhalla, Churchill Downs, NuLu, German Town, and Downtown, the Bourbon Trial, and many other area attractions. The back yard is a private oasis with an 18 x 38 foot heated pool/spill over hot tub and adjacent 14 x 30 foot heated pergola with a roof that closes fully, ceiling fans, lights, kitchenette, dining table, and seating. Cook outdoors on the propane grill. Play corn hole on the adjacent turf. A lighted multi purpose concrete pad with basketball goal and nearly full size pickleball court can be used as off street parking for 3 vehicles (accessed from the rear alley). There is even play equipment and a sand box if children are traveling with you. The rear detached 2 car garage (accessed off alley) is available and there is on street parking in front of home. First floor laundry area with washer and dryer.
