Positive: space and area

Negative: Too many steps and un ease of communication through the app. Two deposits were taken for keys and space. Not a cool idea to make people start the reservation with. Too many steps to just check in. I'd rather not waste 2 hours reading all the required messages and book room at a hotel knowing what I might pay or not. Good luck in finding the messages section every time you want to access these messages. One form of communication should be applied.

Summary: Toooo many steps to check in. Deposit is required for both keys and stay which was 275$.
