These new pools, along with our indoor pool, spa, and fitness center provide the most amenities on the island!! The outdoor pools are heated from October 15th to November 30th and from March 15th to April 30th. The indoor pool is heated year round.****
Imagine walking into your oceanfront vacation villa and seeing unobstructed ocean views from every room. The open concept living/dining areas are great for spending time with your family and friends after a fun-filled day at the beach, playing tennis and golf, or riding your bikes through the many bike trails on Hilton Head Island. The well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to cook a family meal, while also taking in the ocean views right from the kitchen. You can enjoy your meal at the adjacent dining table, on one of the 4 bar stools, or outside on your oceanfront dining table.
This end unit villa offers not only beautiful views and upgrades, but also the privacy of being on the front end of the Villamare complex. The villa is located on an elevated 2nd floor (parking is underneath the building at the street level) near the stairs leading to the oceanfront pool and beach. The Villamare provides elevators to each floor as well. It is the best of both worlds – take the elevator up and down when you have heavy items to carry, and use the stairs when you want to hit the beach in less than a minute!
This villa comes with 3 master suites offering large bedrooms and beautifully updated en suite bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private balcony, all with gorgeous ocean views. When you arrive with your family and friends, there will be no question about who wants to stay in each room because each room is spacious, beautifully appointed with an en suite master bath, and a private balcony offering ocean views. Other 3 bedroom oceanfront complexes have the 3rd bedroom in the back of the villa facing the interior hallway. At 3233 Villamare, your kids and friends won’t have to draw straws to get the best room, they are all equally amazing!
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, 3 closets, a large master bathroom with double sinks, a jetted soaking Jacuzzi tub, and a beautifully tiled glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is a flat screen TV and a sliding glass door opening onto the large balcony shared with the living room.
Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds, and a day bed which also pulls out into a trundle bed, a flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The updated bathroom has double sinks and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The sliding glass door opens onto a private balcony facing south with expansive beach views.
Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a large closet. There is an updated bathroom including 2 double sinks, a large soaking Jacuzzi tub with ocean views, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. This room has a large picture window and sliding glass door onto its balcony with lush, tropical ocean views.
The Villamare complex is known for having the most amenities in a Hilton Head oceanfront complex. There is a large oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi spa, with ample seating on the multiple decks facing the ocean. The pool is heated in the cooler months of March/April/October/November. Additionally, there is an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi spa, as well as a state-of-the art fitness facility exclusively for owners and their guests. There will always be a place for your kids to swim, regardless of the weather! If you like to cook out, there is also a barbeque area with charcoal grills and an entertainment area along one of the oceanfront decks.
The villa is located within the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, which is home to 3 world-class golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio) and the award-winning Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. You can walk over to the Outfitters to rent your bikes, kayaks, fishing gear or canoes to use through the 11 mile lagoon. Biking is very popular in Hilton Head because of the 50 miles of biking paths and wide beaches with packed sand.
You can also walk to the General Store in 5 minutes to get your daily newspaper, coffee, and a delicious breakfast sandwich. They offer some grocery selections and convenience foods, and most importantly a soft service ice cream machine for the kids! Shelter Cove Marina is only a mile away and an easy bike ride along the dedicated bike paths. Fireworks are shown every Tuesday night during the summer months where you will also find live entertainment. The Dunes Buggy free shuttle is also available to take you to the shopping or entertainment in Shelter Cove during May – September.
With this villa being centrally located on the island you can quickly access all of the local attractions. Stopping by the Dunes House restaurant on your way home from the beach for a cold beer, burger or fish tacos will be the perfect end to your day. The convenience of everything will make your vacation that much more relaxing.
