Summary: Staff issued a key to my room to another guest who then tried to enter my room after midnight which of course scared me. I continually tried calling the front desk but no one answered. After 10 minutes I received a call from the hotel asking if I had checked in that day which they had to have seen to get my phone number. I barely slept the rest of the night & when I started to take a nap in the morning loud construction started. Requested a refund but the hotel denied the request.
