2 Bedroom House in Cedar Lane, Sargent
We offer multi-level housing with a cargo lift to make unloading/loading to each floor easy. Covered porches north and south to enjoy both the sunrise and unbelievable sunset. Bungalows are thoughtfully located on separate levels to ensure privacy and convenience for all of your crew, we added partition dividers on each floor, should you need them. Bathrooms are well-appointed and include a washer and dryer if needed during your stay. Of course, there is a boat lift so no need to ramp in and out nightly. The lift is covered by a large deck overlooking the canal. Currently, we have a boat ramp being built and hope to be finished soon so you can launch in right at the house. The ocean can be heard (and seen) from the deck, which is accessible directly from each level bungalow. Plenty of outdoor covered area to cook and play even if rain brings you in from fishing early. We recently had a large custom table built to enjoy your meals and family together around. There is also a large picnic table on the main level under the covered area, should you need some extra seating. Fish right off the dock and throw out crab traps. You'll tell your friends, then wish you hadn't when they snag your favorite dates next year!

We added no slip grips onto all the outdoor steps and updated our solar lights.

We are a short 5 minute drive to the beach and an even shorter drive to the Crab Trap, our favorite eating spot. The Liquor Store Flamingo Texas is on the corner as you turn onto our road, great spot to get what you need with several food trucks. H-E-B will do delivery should you need to anything.
