This charming property has undergone recent updates, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and your guests. The spacious living areas provide room for socializing and creating lasting memories. You'll find two queen size beds as well as a pull-out sofa for the extra guest. All furniture was purchased new in spring 2023.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
