You will be just minutes from the heart of Falmouth, and awaiting your 15-20 minute drive is even more adventure, restaurants, and shopping in Portland or Freeport.
The main home offers two levels of pure comfort and all the amenities needed to experience a breezy and carefree stay. The living space on the first level features several inviting and light-flooded spots to unwind. The spacious family room has plenty of comfortable seating, wall-to-wall windows with gorgeous views of the bay, a small table with a chessboard, and a large TV with a sound bar. There is a lovely nook with two cushy benches adorned and a fireplace. A sunny den provides a great spot for reading or simply relaxing while admiring the views from the swivel chair. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with exquisite cabinets, endless countertops, and built-in stainless steel appliances that certainly add a modern touch. Off of the kitchen is a hidden wet bar where you can make delicious cocktails or mocktails to enjoy while relaxing on the patio. The large dining table is ideal for family meals and offers incredible views of the water. This level also features a designated laundry room, powder room, and an office with a recliner, desk and chair, and a TV to work or take a break.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths in the main house located upstairs, with the primary bedroom featuring two skylights, a private balcony overlooking the water, and a spacious en suite bathroom. The separate air-conditioned apartment-like studio is perfect for couples or people who would like more privacy. It has a full bath, queen sofa bed with gel top mattress, two-person dining table, TV, and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, sink, K-cup coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Additional amenities include an adjustable power awning, beach chairs, hammock, gas grill, and fire pit.
