THE PROPERTY
Hardwood floors throughout the house and tile in the Kitchen and two full bathrooms. Open Floor Plan flows through Living room, Large Dining area and Kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Gas Grill is located downstairs for grilling your favorite food. Deck furnished for outdoor meals and enjoying the sound of the ocean.
Plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living room, on 2 Comfortable Lazy Boy sofas, a loveseat, and recliner chair.
KING size bed in the spacious Master Bedroom w/ adjoining updated bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser with wall mounted TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks -- great for children but strong enough for 200 lb adults/teenagers per bed.
Smoking permitted outside only, please.
Pet Friendly with a fenced in yard. 2 Pet Limit. Non-aggressive breeds only, please. No Puppies, pets should be over 2 years old, please. Pet fee required.
ENTERTAINMENT
Bring your beach gear. It's a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to get to the beach. There is an outdoor enclosed cool water shower downstairs, great for rinsing off the salt and sand from the beach. Be sure and take about $3.50 per person to the beach to enjoy the Vintage Ice Cream Truck.
3 TV's in the house with HD DIRECTV. Living room has DVD/VHS player with a large selection of movies. Use the internet to enjoy your own Netflix or other movie accounts on your personal devices. TV has USB ports for a fire stick or other devices OR log in to your accounts on the 1 Smart TV in the Living Room. There is a Bluetooth Speaker to connect with your personal device for music at the house. Also a charging station.
SERVICES
We provide all the linens and towels for the house as well as kitchen and bathroom paper products for short stays. Washer and Dryer located in the hallway for easy access. Maid Service will handle the cleaning and laundry upon departure.
Beach Towels available for use but guests must wash them and return them to the basket.
LOCAL CONVENIENCES
Jamaica Beach has many conveniences just around the corner; Valero, convenience stores, groceries, souvenir store, liquor store, local hangout bar, local restaurants, and several Churches. A well stocked Dollar General is located at 14322 Termini-San Luis Pass Rd. which can cover any of your beach going needs. Just 1/2 mile west enjoy dinner at Nate's Seafood or check out Seven Seas Market has more than groceries it's a also a souvenir shop, worth a look!

Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark offer excitement for the whole family. Galveston State Park is very close for nature watching or walking.
