Third floor bi-level condo, with the bonus of having no other condo units above. The building offers elevator access to the third floor breezeway. The condo hosts the kitchen, living room, dining table, two bedrooms and baths, and the screened porch all on the main level. The roof level balcony requires access from spiral staircase inside condo (no elevator access to rooftop).
This villa offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean both from the screened porch and the rooftop deck. Upgraded villa that has been remodeled and is nicely furnished. This condo's kitchen features stainless appliances, subway tile backsplash, and a fridge that blends in smoothly with the cabinets, which offers a luxurious feel.
