Located walking distance from Gurney Lane recreation area offering miles of mountain biking/hiking trails, fishing for the kids, playground area and community pool in the summer or sledding, snowshoeing, ice skating and fat bike riding in the winter. Lodge is less than 2 miles off the Adirondack Northway exit 20 (I-87), around the corner from the Outlet mall and minutes from the town of Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape along with multiple dining and grocery shopping options. Saratoga Springs is a quick and easy 20 minute ride down the Northway. There is something for everyone winter, spring, summer or fall.
Lodge has 2 large bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed and bunk bed and private bathroom with shower. Open loft with sitting area between the bedrooms. Main floor has spacious master bedroom with large open shower and relaxing soaking tub. Master also opens to a screened in porch with outdoor dining table. Main living area with soaring ceilings, large windows and open concept kitchen, living, dining room which surrounds wood stove stocked with firewood. Mud room/laundry and half bath off main living area. Downstairs has separate “in-law” space with sitting area, television, small kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Separate bathroom with shower and a fourth bedroom off this area with queen bed. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Well behaved pets welcome !
