A maximum of 6 overnight guests

No amplified noise of any kind. The City of Palm Springs has a city wide noise ordinance that does not allow for amplified noise from any device (speakers, guitar, and even your iPhone speaker). They are strict about this so please use headsets if you want to lay out and hear music.
No outdoor noise past 10pm and please use your inside voice when outside.
If a noise complaint if filed, the city will send a compliance officer out and conduct a noise decibel test. If you are in violation, it is an automatic violation and a citation will be given to both of us, which is a $500 fine. I will require reimbursement of this expense if a citation is given.
Dogs are allowed for a fee. Dogs must be NON SHEDDING. Dog droppings must be picked up after.
