For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend using kennels when you are absent for daily activities. If your dog’s barking disturbs other guests during your absence, alternative arrangements will be required. You are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning fees resulting from stains caused by your pet. This includes professional steam cleaning services. Please be aware that any guest with a pet not approved in advance will incur a minimum $200 charge. Additionally, if excessive shedding results in the need for extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
