THE SPACE
Multiple living areas make the house ideal for family or friend group getaways.
Entering the house there is a mud room that opens to a large living area, including an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living space with a gas fireplace and streaming-enabled TV. The deck wraps around the front of the house, and includes a gas grill and Adirondack chairs for sunsets.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and has a queen bed, fold-out twin, and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with 3 full beds, sharing 1 bathroom.
The lower level has a game room with a wood-burning fireplace, foosball table, futon couch, dart board, and French doors opening out to the hot tub. The lower level also has the 4th bedroom (full bed), 3rd bathroom, and laundry area.
THE AREA
The property is near 4,000 feet in elevation, so wind & snow are part of the winter month experience. 4-wheel drive, snow tread tires/chains are highly recommended during winter months which can range from late October through April.

Being respectful to nearby neighbors in regards to excess noise (especially late at night) is a must. If you and your guests are reported for any type of disturbance you may be asked to leave without reimbursement.
***No shooting of firearms or fireworks.***
We are dog lovers and our neighbors dogs have anxiety related issues with loud noises such as guns and fireworks. The house is also surrounded by a forest, and fireworks are a fire hazard.
***Dogs are required to be on leashes when outside.***
There are other dogs in the community and neighbors walk up and down the road. We do not want any dog fights, dog bites, or neighbors scared to walk on the mountain due to unfamiliar dogs.
***No excessive noise***
Please be respectful of our neighbors regarding noise, sound tends to carry in the hills and valleys.
***Limited cell phone and WiFi signal***
Depending on your cell phone provider, you may not have service. We do provide WiFi, but it can also be temperamental which unfortunately is out of our control.
