Positive: The price was great and convenient for us to visit with family It looked like they had refurbished the room and outside of the units were nicely painted The office staff were friendly and helpful

Negative: The towels and bathroom mat were stained when I called the office that evening I was told I could exchange them in the morning at 10am when the laundry/ cleaning person arrives so we had to use the stained towels that night When I exchanged the towels the next day I noticed some were also stained bad and showed it to the cleaners and was told that's the towels they give extended guests to use!! I've been to a lot of hotels in my 70years of travel and never heard from such I spilled water on the floor in our unit and when I wiped it up with a paper towel it was very dirty the floor is a dark gray barn wood look and it looked clean
