One and a half blocks from the ocean, this oasis has a beautiful pool, fabulous interior with large open space for living/eating/dining. There are three bedrooms: king sized bed in master, queen in guest, two sets of bunk beds in the kids' room. Plus a renovated TV room on the lower level, with two queen beds as well. Three full baths. Large laundry room. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for you to use. Bedding provided. Beach rights with parking pass/key included.
Montauk has much to offer in the downtown shopping area. There are great places to eat, buy beach accessories, a pharmacy, groceries, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, surfing, kayaking and more!
This home is cherished by our family and we would like for you to enjoy it. No smoking. No pets. Must pay gas bill which is for pool, spa and stove usage. Cleaning fee. Best for families. Not a "share" house. Propane tank for grill is provided.
