A delightful three-bedroom house, on a uniquely secluded 18 acres wooded lot surrounded by hundreds of acres of land in conservancy.
The house features a large fireplace, open kitchen, baby grand piano, designer and mid-century furniture, king and queen beds, two 4k TVs, records and more.
In addition to short term rentals, we're also considering long term and alternating weekend shares.

- We have a 1,750 square foot, two-story, white house on a big wooded hill
- The house was built in the mid 80s and has been upgraded with continuous renovations and improvements - it's extremely comfortable
- The interior offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen, a 6-seat dining room and a large bright living area with fireplace
- We love to cook. Our kitchen connects to the living room and is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, complete cookware, knives, immersion circulator, pro food dehydrator and all expected accouterment
- For music lovers, we have an great stereo, record player and vinyl collection (plus Airplay for digital music)
- Wifi, a Roku and a 60" 4K smart TV, should the countryside does not provide enough stimulation
- The house is furnished with modern furniture from Mutuu, Hay as well as vintage mid-century pieces and a baby grand piano
OUTSIDE
- Our house sits on a private 18 acres, uniquely bordered by a bog turtle sanctuary and hundreds of acres of empty trees and fields that are protected from future development by Conservancy programs
- Outside of the living room is a stone patio with a high-heat infrared grill, tables and chairs
- A short walk up from the house reveals an extremely unique and special multi-acre cleared “park” section of property complete with an octagonal wooden platform, lounge chairs, tables, underground power and outdoor lights
- Our private acres sit within the Millbrook Hunt Territory, which offer hundreds of miles of maintained horse / foot / running trails that criss-cross through our property and the surrounding hundreds of acres
