Location: Conveniently located between I-495 and I-270, the property is located on Falls Road (MD-189) which extends from Rockville (County Seat) to the C&O Canal, Great Falls National Park, and passes through the exclusive town of Potomac. The area has many options for shopping, dining, and recreation.
