This beautiful unit on the ground floor of the Mediterranea condo was tastefully decorated. It features tiled living room, kitchen, baths, hall and utility room, granite counter tops, nine foot ceilings, wall to wall carpet in both suites, cultured marble bathroom vanities and sinks, and a relaxing garden tub in master bath with separate stand up shower.
King beds in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and both bedrooms have a private bathroom.
A half bath is located near the entrance of the condo.
Convenience is everything while on vacation so a laundry room is located in your condo!
Wireless internet is featured in this condo to ensure everyone is able to share memories and photos of their wonderful time at Destin!

This unit does NOT have a private underground parking space. Parking is in the lobby level parking area and is NOT covered.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
