Welcome to Mascoma Lake Cottages! We are situated right on Lake Mascoma, just step outside and enjoy the view or go jump into the lake! This is the perfect location for relaxation but close to amenities as well. Just grab a bag, your favorite book and head for the lake!

There is a shared, with other guests from our property, private beach, with a dock for boats. Enjoy the large field in the back of the property and walking trails! Individual fire pits are at each cottage, as well as a large community fire pit in the meadow.

On site parking is provided for 1-2 vehicles. Additional parking is available on our adjacent property on Meadow Lane

We are just 15 min. from Dartmouth College (9mi.) - Hanover, NH (quaint town) and just 9 mi. from West Lebanon, NH (Big Box shopping). We are just a short 20 minute drive to Quechee Gorge and are only 45 minutes from Killington, VT.
