Forest Park Community offers plenty of amenities included a recreation center, a heated in-ground swimming pool, tennis courts, and a shuffleboard court to keep you busy and entertained.
Upon entering the condo, you will find a bright and open floor plan. The kitchen is right of the front door and has plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite treats! The dining room has a lovely wood table that can accommodate up to five comfortably. The living room has a large plush couch, two adjoining chairs, and gorgeous views of the mature landscaping from the patio. The patio is welcoming and quiet with seating for four.
The master bedroom awaits! Offering a queen-size bed and plenty of room to unwind after a long day of adventure. Attached is the master bathroom that has a large vanity, with a shower/tub combo and detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Adjacent is the second bathroom that has a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead.
