This brand new king one bedroom condo is located on Federal Hill close to Down-town Providence ! it has a fully equipped kitchen with all premium stainless steel appliances with eat in kitchen the bedroom has a king size walk around bed with night stands with lamps and a 43’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a closet. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for two adults with a 55’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a full custom tile bathroom with built in hairdryer and large well lite mirror

Please respect my home and live in it if it was your own ! Please turn off lights when not using also lower heat/AC when out and for no reason open windows or doors if the heat or ac is on if we see it you could be charged extra for wasting power
