A clear front and back photo of the ID, along with a selfie, must be submitted for verification. Failure to complete this process may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios), and fines of $500 apply if smoking is detected.

Tampering with or removing smoking detection devices incurs a $500 fee.

1. Guests must disclose any pets before or immediately after booking confirmation.
2. Undisclosed pets result in reservation cancellation without refund and a $200 fine per pet.

Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM. During this time, we kindly request you to keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful stay for other tenants in the building. This helps avoid any property management issues due to noise complaints and ensures your own experience is not disrupted.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome; however, we ask that you minimize noise, such as barking, to avoid disturbing other tenants. Please note that any excessive cleaning or damages caused during your stay will be the guest's responsibility. Additionally, while we are inclusive and do not discriminate, service animals should not be left unattended in the unit.

Toilet Usage

To prevent plumbing issues, please refrain from flushing disposable wipes, hygiene products, or excessive amounts of toilet paper. Trash bins are provided in the bathrooms for proper disposal.

Lost and Found:

The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration.

Strict Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

No refunds for cancellations within or made 7 daysofcheck-in.

Parcel Delivery Policy:

1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Pool Rules:

1. Guests may access only the main pool using the access card inside the unit.
2. Glass containers are prohibited.
3. Alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
