By requesting a reservation or booking a stay, you give permission to the property manager/host to use a third-party to conduct guest screening including verifying your identity in order to confirm your reservation. City of Scottsdale does not issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you $1000 minimum if they are called to the premise.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to city-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.
