Lundy Farm is a stunning 62 acre luxury nature retreat with a regenerative organic farm & greenhouse that is surrounded by 30,000 acres of forest.
Our property is built to host large groups for purposeful events - retreats (yoga, wellness, corporate), weddings, workshops...etc.
We sleep up to 25 guests in two villas, and can host additional day-of guests.

The Space:
There are multiple options for rentals here at Lundy Farm. We can accommodate groups of different sizes between our two villas (The Lundy House & The Carriage House), and can even be a venue for your special event.

In any case, a stay at Lundy Farm will give you access to 62 acres of pristine woods and farm land to explore including >
30 person Yoga & Wellness Room, Massage Room, Gym, Commercial Kitchen, Sauna, Heated Pool, Tennis Court, Pickleball Court, Basketball Court, Game Room (pool table, shuffle board, darts, board games), Walking Trails, Fire Pits, and a Swimming Hole (to name a few).
Looking to host a retreat? We have it all.
For your Yoga retreat, our yoga room is stocked with yoga mats, blocks, blankets for up to 30 ppl. For your Corporate retreat, we have a full wall whiteboard, portable large TV for presentations, extra chairs for up to 30 ppl, and high speed internet. For your Wellness retreat, we have two therapy rooms with two massage tables. We also have a room dedicated for wellness staff/practitioners that is secluded from the rest of the bedrooms. For any event, we have a state of the art commercial kitchen that private chefs or caterers can use to prepare food for any size group.
To ensure your guests feel comfortable and private, almost all of our 12 bedrooms have ensuite / private bathrooms.
During your stay you will be secluded enough to feel a total escape from real life, but you will not be too remote. We are close to shopping necessities, restaurants, cute towns and more. We are also located just minutes from Minnewaska State Park, the Shawangunk Mountains, Mohonk Mountain Preserve and the breath taking Ashokan Reservoir.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 62 acre property. The only area that is off limits is our caretakers house. They live on the property near the main Lundy House.
The Neighborhood:
Lundy Farm is surrounded by 30,000 acres of state forest. To access Lundy Farm you will access a mountain road from the main highway in town, and drive 15minutes up the road. The Town of Ellenville is located 15-20min from the farm for you to access all stores.
Other Things to Note:
Our Hospitality Managers, Kevin & Samuel, live on the property. They will be there to support you with anything during your stay while at the same time offering you complete privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
Our Hospitality Managers who live on site will be able to interact as much or as little as you'd like. Your desired privacy level is our priority.
