Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the restaurants, shops, bars & cafe's on both Mississippi and N. Williams Ave. It's a super walkable & bikeable location with easy access to public transportation and/or the highway. The backyard is a private retreat with plenty of space for kids or dogs to play.

Our home sits high up off the street in a charming family-friendly neighborhood. Although we are nestled between 2 bustling neighborhoods, packed with restaurants, bars, shops and cafe's, our street is quiet and our house is the perfect space for rest & relaxation after busy days exploring the city.
We live in this house (when we’re not at our home on the coast) and invite you to make yourself comfortable in this space while we're away. The home comes fully equipped.

Central heating keeps the home comfortable and warm, (we do not have AC), the house stays cool in the summer, thanks to the brick exterior & updated windows. There are also ceiling fans in most rooms of the house.
Guest access
Guests have full run of the house (less the basement, except for washer/dryer) and can spend time in the front & backyard. We ask that you do not use the fireplace. There is plenty of street parking with no time limits plus driveway parking.
Other things to note
We have exterior security cameras at the front and back doors of the house. We have a dog, who we love and take with us on vacation. Or backyard is fully fenced and perfectly secure for kids and pets.
