Enjoy a large 1,974 square foot, four level, 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse with full walk out basement. We are conveniently located in Alpine Village in the center of North Woodstock and close to Loon Mountain. Our condo has plenty of space for your family and friends with one king and one queen bedroom on the second level, 4 twins on the third level (sleeps 8).
The walk out basement has a living with sectional and games. There is a large bathroom with tub on the second level and the first floor and basement each have bathrooms with stand up showers.
There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room in the basement and a ski closet just inside the front door. While the unit has a wood burning fireplace, our condo association requires it be locked for renters due to association insurance requirements so is unable to be used.
Conservation land is just behind the unit for walks in the woods on miles of marked trails and so many other hiking and cross country skiing/snowshoeing options within 15 minutes.
We have a trex deck that overlooks the woods with a gas grill and patio set (out May-Oct). The 3 bedrooms have A/C stand alone units (installed Memorial Day to mid-Oct).
We are located 4 miles from Loon Mountain and are off exit 32 (Lincoln/North Woodstock) and in a perfect location for four seasons of White Mountain activities (Cannon 15 min, Waterville Valley 30 min, Bretton Woods 35 min, Attitash, Gunstock & Wildcat approx. 1 hr). Clarks Trading Post (2 minutes), Whales Tale Water Park (5 minutes), Cascade Park (2 minutes), Cannon Aerial Tram, Flume Gorge, Old Man in the Mountain museum and Zip Lines are also just minutes away.
You can walk to downtown Woodstock to grab dinner at the Woodstock Inn or Pemi Public House, or a coffee, beverage at another local spot. Arnold’s Wayside Diner is just 2 minutes in the other direction for breakfast. This condo is in a perfect four season location to ski, leaf peep, summer activities, hiking Mount Washington or just relaxing on the deck.
