New washing machine and dryer available for you in your vacation home. Flatscreen TV, oversize window A/C in each bedroom (in the summer). 2 enormous ceiling fans in the great room. Keyless, coded entry. Linens and beach towels provided. (Regarding the lower unit: there is a newly renovated in-law apartment in the lower unit that can be rented in addition to the upper unit for particularly large families.
Outdoor table and chairs and BBQ grill for outdoor dining on huge open back deck, overlooking picturesque Ballston Lake. Boat dock good for sunbathing. Swimming from dock not so good right now due to algae. Public dock at north end of Ballston Lake for fishing or launching your kayak or canoe. Bike trails along Ballston Lake, and winding throughout local community. Quiet, safe community. Many nearby restaurants, country store/restaurant, shopping, and golf courses. Less than 2 miles to Exit 11 of the Adirondack Northway (I-87) and 15 minute drive to Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Track. Also, near Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Polo, and Saratoga National Golf Course. Nearby towns: Malta, Ballston Lake, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs. Lake George and Great Escape 6 Flags Theme Park is 40 minute drive to the North. Hudson River whitewater rafting and kayaking about 50 minutes to the north. Skiing at West Mountain and at Gore Mountain about 30 minutes and 70 minutes to north, respectively.
