Summary: Concerned after reading previous reviews regarding cleanliness. Booked the property anyway. Cleanliness wasn’t that big of an issue although did notice some dirt around the AC ceiling vent. This property certainly shows wear from usage with the bare essentials regarding amenities. If the property manager suggests bringing something, definitely bring it. It won’t be provided. A tub faucet dripped (a lot), ripped screens for one of the patio doors, some of the cookware was so worn that we decided to either eat out or buy a skillet at Wally and take it home afterwards. The sleeper sofa cushions would sink into the framing and we would constantly have to pull cushions out of the frame, and the carpet albeit clean, showed wear, some staining and portions were pieced in. Our stay was over the middle of summer so I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with repairs and upgrades. It’s livable for less than $180/night.
