It is only 30 minutes from DIA and 25 minutes from Denver downtown. 10 minutes from Quincy Reservoir and close to Cherry Creek Reservoir, great trail, paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, lake sports, biking, and hiking. 60 to 1 hour 30 minutes from the Ski Resort and hot springs.

A well-stocked kitchen and a gas grill ready to be used and enjoy a delicious recipe at a 5-seat dining table. Close to fun outdoor activities like paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, and trails for a nice walk in nature, perfect to end the night with a hot tub to relax and unwind.
