East Burke was recently named one of the 101 Best Outdoor Towns in the U.S. Enjoy the wild setting in the rolling hills of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom while you are mountain biking, hiking, trail running, Nordic skiing, Alpine skiing, and snowshoeing. Nearby is Lake Willoughby and Crystal Lake. Listen to the beautiful stream outside your window as you fall asleep by in the evenings.
Enjoy the four seasons beauty of Vermont from this three bedroom condo, perfect for two families to vacation together. There is a bunk bed room for the children that houses two bunk beds and two additional bedrooms with queen beds for the adults. The unit has brand new carpeting throughout, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV/internet service, and private deck.
This is an ideal location for all the Northeast Kingdom has to offer including fly fishing, boating on many nearby lakes and ponds, all levels of hiking, craft fairs, antique hunting, as well as peace and quiet. The Condo is right on Burke Mountain and a short peaceful trail to Sherburne Quad and easy walk for scrumptious food at the base lodge or hotel at Burke or access to skiing/mountain biking depending upon the season.
Come enjoy our home away from home and share in the fun that we discovered in the Northeast Kingdom. A two night minimum is required, 3 night minimum for holidays.
Maximum occupancy for our unit is a total of 8 persons.
Quiet time is 11:00 P.M. thru 7:00 A.M.
No campfires allowed anytime in any area.
Recycling is required effective July 1, 2015. The state of Vermont in mandating single stream recycling of glass, cans and paper.
Responsible dog ownership is required. Please clean up after your dogs and avoid leaving any dog dropping in the middle of the path or around the condos. Please walk your dog in the road or far edge of the parking lot and remove and dog droppings.
No Bike storage within our home. Please leave your bikes in your car or locked on the porch.
