Beautifully restored and thoughtfully designed 1920's home, featuring 7 beds, a gorgeous kitchen, an office, a finished basement w/sectional + TV (as well as the day bed w/trundle + full size air mattress), and a backyard oasis including a 20'x20' screened-in porch w/heaters, side deck, swing set, and fire pit.
We're located in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of young families, a park/playground nearby, access to The Rivergreenway (connecting FW via biking/running) just down the road, and great local restaurants blocks away.
Over the past decade, our home was a gathering place for holidays and celebrations. The layout and thoughtful use of space creates lots of intimate places to connect with friends and loved ones, and the generous seating (living & dining, both indoor & out) makes hosting a party enjoyable for all.
