It has amazing unobstructed ocean views. You can walk over the dunes or drive a short 3 minutes to the beach. Come enjoy the community pool, multiple fishing spots, and of course the beautiful beach!
"Island Time" is a 1300 sq. ft. condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds plus a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. On the 3rd floor there is a loft bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds plus a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. Both TVs have Netflix and Disney+ accounts. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig K-Duo slow drip or pods coffee maker. A charcoal grill is provided and may only be used on the ground level. There is a large 2nd floor balcony with a picnic table and four outside chairs. A smaller balcony is located on the 3rd floor with two chairs.
There is coin laundry by the community pool.
All renters must be at least 25 years old
