Summary: I really wanted to like this place because it looked like it had nice amenities and the price was great. But unfortunately, my 2-night stay was beset by constant problems. When we arrived, the WiFi in our room did not work. I called the desk and was told they would "look into it", but after an hour, still no WiFi. Finally we changed to a different room that HAD WiFi. Then we tried to use the Jacuzzi, but the water wasn't hot! I was told they would fix it and "to wait a half hour". Turns out, BOTH times I tried to use the Jacuzzi, the water wasn't hot enough. Not acceptable. When you advertise Jacuzzis, they have to work, and the water has to be hot. Also, the power went out for half an hour and we sat in the dark. The staff tried to make things better with every issue, but there were TOO MANY issues. All in all, it was a disappointing trip. I'm debating whether to give them a second chance somewhere down the line.
