The property is five minutes from the Strand, countless restaurants and many attractions. An Uber ride to downtown events costs less than event parking. There is room for the entire extended family and it is BETTER THAN A BEACH HOUSE. No stairs! Carry your luggage and groceries up to the 7th floor in the elevator. Friendly, 24 hour, staff are always ready to recommend the best local spots. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool after coming in from the sandy beach. There are tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts. Balls and rackets are available at the front desk. Enjoy lawn games like bocci ball, horse shoes and corn hole. I love to sit on the back balcony and enjoy a cold drink while watching the kids play basketball down stairs. It's the perfect end to a great day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a large pantry and an extra bar with wine fridge. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and romantic evening views of the lights of Galveston Harbor and Bay from the back balconies, primary and second bedroom . Two queen size sleepers with luxury 8 inch pillow top mattresses enable this extraordinary space to sleep 8 in total comfort. Two ottomans stow pillows and blankets for quick and easy conversion. Your family will never feel cramped in this extraordinary space. The 24 x 14 living room, with floor to ceiling views of the gulf, is open to the spacious eat-in kitchen and provides ample space for group activities.
