5 Bedroom House in Bar Harbor
Our place sleeps up to 11 people (Pets and smoke free.) Also, due to allergies, no cooking of shellfish. (Inside). Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to town, and that you are just a short distance to Acadia National Park.
THERE IS A BEDROOM AND A BATH, DOWNSTAIRS (queen size bed), across from the downstairs bathroom for those that have a hard time with stairs. All other bedrooms are upstairs with another full bath up stairs. (One King Size Bed upstairs)
There is a new playground around the corner from our rental, with lots of climbing availability for the little ones. Across the street from the play ground is the athletic field, tennis court, basketball court and skate boarding will be a hit for those traveling with children and young adults. Feel free to check out the YMCA in that area, too.
We want you to be comfortable and feel at home here in our rental. Since, Scott, my son, lives in the apartment over the garage, someone will be there to make sure you have everything you need. Just give us a call day or night. We will do what we can to help or fix whatever is wrong.
After a nice day in the park, maybe you would like to relax in the back yard or cook a meal on the grill or use the fire pit.
This home is located on the lower Main Street. You are minutes away from connecting to the many restaurants and shops in the area. Close by is The Jackson Laboratory, MDI Hospital, a new dentist in town, Mosaic Salon, Pat's Pizza, Havana's, and a short distance to the park entrances.
Bike rentals, kayaking, boat tours, rock climbing, carriage rides, trolley and bus rides are available in the area and within walking distance to your rental. Enjoy all that the island has to offer.
(Suggestion is that you look into booking the more popular tours, early in the season and they sell out fast)
