A formal dining area plus a kitchen breakfast area with bay window overlooking the river view. A dedicated office space also with a view of the river. A quiet sitting room on the main floor. Full size washer and dryer on the main floor next to bedrooms 2 and 3. Giant deck on the river side of the house. Two stall garage with a large guest parking pad off to the side.
