This gorgeous, , remodeled 4 bedroom villa, with soaring ceilings and fantastic views has tons of space for all! When you enter the villa you immediately notice the bright openness of the main living and dining areas, you see the large screened in porch and the peak-a-boo ocean and waterpark views and are instantly transported to vacation mode!
The main living area features two sofas, a faux fireplace, large TV and access to the screened in porch. The dining area has a large table for gathering, it can seat up to 8! The kitchen is nicely remodeled, it has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and refaced cabinets. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware and utensils to make terrific home cooked meals - if you so choose!
The primary bedroom is large, it has a king sized bed, beautiful view of the fountain and a fabulous, newly remodeled en-suite - complete with double vanity and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen sized bed - this room utilizes the hall bath, which is also houses the full sized washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a loft with a sleeper sofa, 2 additional bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and another full bathroom. Also upstairs is porch with 2 chaise loungers for sunning and checking out the beautiful ocean view!
