Summary: 1. Asked for an extra blanket day one-never got it 2. Said in listing iron available up request-non-had to order one came day 2 3. Charged card TWICE but said it was declined-had to CANCEL my card 4. Said coffee day 2 in lobby-had to make our own-said pastries never came 5. Asked toilet paper in office-had to find on our own-luckily we found a house keeper 6. Manager and people hanging in office not being helpful 7. Shampoo and soap only one use-ridiculous tiny sized 8. Disappointing stay-we should be getting some kind of compensation for all the awful experiences…
