You will be close to everything downtown and less than 15 minutes from the airport. Everything you need with the exception of food will be in the home. Coffee is available. Two beds and blowup mattress (for living room area) to sleep on. Attached garage with keypad. Garage and main door are both smart lock and you will have a personalized PIN for your stay. The city is beautiful all of history, but some parts are still being worked on. This neighborhood is safe and the home is completely updated. This home also pays for our daughters tuition so please review details entirely before booking. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe, and near downtown, this is your place. The garage fits one car and the front and backyard are completely gated if you are bringing a pet. IMPORTANT NOTE: No local bookings on weekends. We do not allow parties and have had issues with locals in the past. So, to avoid losing our permit due to these complaints, we have decided not to host locals on weekends. If you book, knowing that you are going to have a party, it will be shut down and no refund will be issued.
