Summary: The first room had a broken heater. Thermostat read 80* and heating, only 54* in the room. Also had a discarded nylon near the lamp. Staff remedied the room situation quickly, switching us and offering meal tickets for our stay. I was pleased. The fridge in the new room was set on too high a temp (I guess) it burst the growler we purchased, glass and mess all over. I suppose I should have checked the temp, but unless it’s clearly off I just don’t. At the risk of sounding too critical we had a few more issues though no fault of the attending staff. The hot tub had been filled in with cement, the one amenity my wife was looking forward to using. The pool itself wasn’t bad, but the surrounding air was very cold. Though granted the temp was rather cold outside. All together made a less then desirable trip.
