Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: breakfast good , and the room very clean.

Negative: staff -The person at the reception was very inappropriate. I was waiting for my son to come down from his room to give him some muffins, since he was staying with his team and my husband and I were in a different reservation. I went to the convenience store, and when I came out, the guy at the reception told me I couldn't steal. I didn't understand him, and he seriously said, "You can't steal, I saw your hand in the cooler." I was left with a look on my face like, "What's wrong with you? I'm a 41-year-old woman." And then he just wanted to smooth things over and say it was a joke. What kind of joke is that to tell a guest? It was quite inappropriate and racist.
