The cottage is perfect for couples and small families. Wake up to stunning sunrises and relish in the 50 feet of prime lake frontage with a walk-in area and a generous sized dock. Swim, fish, or unwind and read a book in one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs on shore, deck, or at the end of the dock.
Embrace the spectacular views of the lake from the enclosed porch, a perfect setting for dining, savoring a glass of wine, or indulging in a nap on the futon. You won't be disappointed!
Conveniently situated just five miles from Penn Yan, one mile from East Bluff Harbor Marina (boat rentals, etc.), one mile South of Keuka College, our location provides easy access to the renowned Keuka Wine Trail with tours and tastings, craft breweries galore, distilleries, Keuka Lake State Park, The Windmill Craft Market and many gift shops, antiques, fine dining and golfing.

+ Large gatherings are not permitted; however, occasional visitors are welcome!
+ Guests responsible for providing their own linen and paper products (starter pack provided).
We offer a departure cleaning service priced at $300. We would prefer and encourage you to leave the cottage in a similarly clean condition as found upon your arrival. Please be advised that the cleaning fee will be charged if the cottage is not left as clean as you found it. A range of cleaning supplies and equipment, including cleaning chemicals, a vacuum, a mop, a Swiffer, a broom and cleaning rags are provided for your use.
