This home is in a Private Association, which provides access to a 600 ft private sandy beach on crystal clear, Halfmoon Lake, with large shallow area ideal for young children. The private waterfront beach includes a swim raft, boat moorings, row boat and 20 beach setups (table, umbrella and lounge chairs) as well as volleyball, horseshoes and a trail along the brook. There is good fishing on the brook and lake. This fabulous house includes two car garage and large Pellet stove all in a unique and extremely spacious Log Home style. Great home for entertaining. Enjoy the wooded views from the private deck for year-round recreation and relaxation.
