Ground level, end unit, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo walks right out to the Las Palmas Resort pools, hot tubs, clubhouse, splash pad, water slides, pickleball courts, and all amenities. Simple check-out/cleaning procedures!
Year round gateway to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, Huntsman Senior Games, marathons, triathlons, sports tournaments, arts festivals, hiking, biking, world class golf, and much more.
Ground floor end unit that walks right out to your own personal green space, a playground, pickle ball court, basketball courts, 4 pools including a kiddie pool and indoor pool, and 2 hot tubs. A family and waterfall pool with 2 more hot tubs are also just steps away.
The condo has 3 bedrooms including a master with a king bed, private master bathroom and its own access to the patio. Bedroom 2 includes one queen bed, and bedroom 3, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed. All rooms have a Roku TV. A pack and play, high chair, dining booster seat, and kid friendly dishes are provided. Extra folding mattresses are also provided. Plenty of seating on the patio, a propane bbq, and a washer and dryer included (through door on patio).
The condo also has small appliances for your convenience such as a coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, crock pot, blender, toaster, iron, hair dryer, and all other standard kitchen utensils and gadgets. Dishwasher and laundry detergent are provided as a courtesy along with bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, dryer sheets, trash bags, bath towels, wash cloths, pool towels, bed linens and pillows, paper towels, and toilet paper.
