An architecturally stunning and solar powered contemporary home, high vaulted ceilings, ample light, fully renovated in 2021 with new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, Samsung Frame 65 inch smart TV, Xbox, marble bathrooms, high end furniture, and amazing art on a full acre of lush seasonal gardens down a private driveway. 3 bedrooms with media room/library that converts to a 4th with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Strong WiFi, wood-burning fireplace, har-tru tennis court, decking around the pool with 6 loungers, 2 umbrellas, and outdoor dining furniture. A truly unique green retreat.
Guest access
A long private driveway leads to two graveled parking areas. Driveway is private to four homes and safe for bikes. 4 bikes available in separate garage. Sportime Tennis Facility and local farmstands an easy bike away.
Door is code locked for easy access. No key transfer necessary as each guest has their own unique code established upon booking.

The 4 Hand House har-tru court is serviced weekly and adult and children’s tennis rackets are provided as well as used balls and brand new ball machine. Near the SportTime Tennis Facility and private lessons on the property can be arranged.
